You can't really go wrong with this ep. Don't call him a monster, don't give him the cat, and let him drink your blood. That's it. Easy as pie. 
There is supposedly 2 pics for this ep, but every option either leads to being bitten or "missing" the date.

Ok so this ep SUCKS! The witch part is easy, collect the crap for her and she will ask you what the book says.
